DOT has your interest at heart and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have a change of mind or are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the product within 7 days from the date of delivery. Simply drop us an email at hello@livingwithdot.com with the order reference and reason of request. Please note that returned goods are subjected to the following conditions:
- All returned goods have to be in its original condition. In the event where returned goods are found to contain signs of wear and tear, misuse and/or damage, the return will not be accepted and a refund will not be processed. Please note that additional delivery fee will incur for sending back unacceptable returned goods to the customer.
- Customised items are not eligible for returns and exchanges.
- Soft furnishings such as cushions and throws are not eligible for returns and exchanges.
- Sales and promotional items are not eligible for returns and exchanges.
- Requests made beyond 7 days from date of delivery are not eligible for returns and exchanges.
- All eligible returns and exchanges will incur a restocking fee of 30% of the invoiced value for logistics and handling. Please note that the total refund amount will be the purchase price less 30% restocking fee.
- All eligible returned goods will be processed for a refund within 10 days.
