DOT designs and produces furniture that incorporates style and function to provide the ideal look for homes.

Our furniture are designed in-house and produced directly from our own factory.

We aim to provide the most user-friendly furniture that are at its safest use, especially towards kids. Almost all of our furniture are equipped with anti-fungal, anti-bacterial and easy-clean capabilities. Lookout for products labelled with these properties! 

Most of the products are readily assembled and only a few require assembly. Rest assured our friendly delivery team will install the items perfectly, if required.

We accept the following methods of payment: Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and paypal. For Cheque or Bank Transfer, please drop us an email at hello@livingwithdot.com and we will provide you with the necessary details.

Should you receive goods that are damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will provide you with a repair or a replacement. Please see our Return Policy for more details or email to hello@livingwithdot.com and we will reply you within 3 working days.

All our products are handcrafted, individual and made of natural materials, as such there might be a slight difference in the final product. Please bear in mind that your monitor/phone browsers may also present colours slightly differently.

We understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that event, we invite you to review the terms in our 7 days return policy to proceed for a refund.

If you change your mind and decide to cancel your order or any item(s) in your order, please notify us at least 7 working days before the date of delivery and you will be refunded with no additional charges incurred. 

Any cancellation less than 7 working days from the date of delivery, a restocking fee of 30% of the original invoiced value will be charged for logistics and handling. This means we will refund you the following: Purchase Price - Restocking Fee = Refunded Amount (S$).

All refunds will take 10 days to process.

Warranty period differs with each product. The warranty period commences from the date that goods are received.

This warranty covers the replacement or repair of any product that has a manufacturing or material defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear, or a natural characteristic of the material used. This warranty is not transferable. Warranty does not apply to goods that have been altered by the user in any way.

Just send us an email at hello@livingwithdot.com and provide a detailed description of fault and photos (or video, where appropriate) showing the damage or fault. We will then reply within 3 business days.

At the moment we are delivering within Singapore only. However, we can deliver to a local freight forwarder. For more details, please see our Delivery Policy.
