RETURNS & EXCHANGES

DOT has your interest at heart and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have a change of mind or are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the product within 7 days from the date of delivery. Simply drop us an email at hello@livingwithdot.com with the order reference and reason of request. Please note that returned goods are subjected to the following conditions:

  1. All returned goods have to be in its original condition. In the event where returned goods are found to contain signs of wear and tear, misuse and/or damage, the return will not be accepted and a refund will not be processed. Please note that additional delivery fee will incur for sending back unacceptable returned goods to the customer.
  2. Customised items are not eligible for returns and exchanges.
  3. Soft furnishings such as cushions and throws are not eligible for returns and exchanges.
  4. Sales and promotional items are not eligible for returns and exchanges.
  5. Requests made beyond 7 days from date of delivery are not eligible for returns and exchanges.
  6. All eligible returns and exchanges will incur a restocking fee of 30% of the invoiced value for logistics and handling. Please note that the total refund amount will be the purchase price less 30% restocking fee. 
  7. All eligible returned goods will be processed for a refund within 10 days.
